Yield: 6 or so (side dish style)
• 1 box noodles – cooked as directed
• 1/4-1/2 cup virgin olive oil
• Chopped peppers of your choice
• sliced black olives
• feta cheese – crumbled
• Gnarly Pepper Veggie Dip Blend (add 1 tsp. at a time to noodles, peppers, olives — total of about 6+ tsps. The choice is yours – get your chef on!)

  1. Cook noodles as direct. Set aside and let cool.
  2. Chop veggies of your choice.
  3. In a large bowl with your noodles, sprinkle in 1 tsp of Veggie Dip blend, stir, repeat, stir etc until you feel good about the flavor amount.
  4. Add in chopped veggies/peppers/ olives — each add in, sprinkle with Veggie Dip blend.
  5. Stir and mix evenly
  6. Add in Feta Cheese  (may need a little more olive oil)
  7. Serve cold/ room temp.
