This spicy Tuna Salad has just the right amount of a kick — place it on a tortilla or crisps for a nice, different lunch!

Yield: 2

• 2 (5oz) canned tuna
• 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
• 2 tsps. Gnarly Pepper Like Mayo
• 1/4 red onion – diced
• 1 lime – squeezed
• 1 jalapeño – chopped
• 1 avocado – cubed
• corn tortillas
• Optional Dashes of
– Salt
– Pepper
– Spanish Paprika
– Red Crushed Pepper

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Gnarly Pepper Like Mayo and Plain Greek Yogurt.
  2. Toss in (strained) canned tuna- Mix it up realllll good.
  3. Toss in red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro and avocado.
  4. Add in optional uses — not necessary to run to the store for Spanish paprika.. Lay out Corn Tortillas, pile it on, feel GUILT FREE!
