Free the Guilt with this Healthy Tuna Sandwich — NO MAYO just our Alternative spread, Like Mayo! Simply mix with any brand of Plain Greek Yogurt!

Yield: 1

• 1 pouch tuna
• 1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
• 1 tsp Gnarly Pepper ‘LIKE MAYO’ blend (add more if desired)
• toasted bread
• chopped bread and butter pickles & pepper!

  1. Mix the plain greek yogurt and the GP Like Mayo together — add more Like Mayo blend if you prefer.
  2. Toast your choice of bread or muffin
  3. Add your pouch of tuna to the Like Mayo Yogurt spread.
  4. Place tuna mixture on top of bread & top with buttered pickles and corse pepper!
