Free the Guilt eating this Chicken Salad! NO MAYO USED!!! Just simply use plain Greek yogurt with our Like Mayo blend! Saves you 600+ calories per half cup!

Yield: 1 good sized sandwich — could share with a friend…

• 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tsp of Gnarly Pepper Like Mayo Blend
• 1 large Chicken Breast Cooked (I instapot my chicken!) OR 19oz Canned chicken (shredded)
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries (more or less if you choose)
• 1/2 cup mandarin oranges (more or less if you choose)
• dash of pepper
• 2 tsp Gnarly Pepper Veggie Blend

  1. Strain, rinse and shred canned chicken.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, plain greek yogurt, Gnarly Pepper Like Mayo, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, and pepper.
  3. Mix up aggressively to spread mix and shred up mandarins
  4. Add in 2 tsp of Gnarly Pepper Veggie Blend, mix!

Notes
Serve with 34º Degree crisps OR on sandwich bread of your choice.
