Beings that all of Gnarly Pepper blends are All Natural & Gluten Free – including two that are vegan friendly — we are attending the celiac awareness group at Hamilton Hy-Vee.  This month the guest speaker will be Tina, owner of Better for You Bakery (gluten-free products).

WHAT: Support group for individuals following a gluten-free lifestyle. This group is a great way to connect with others and get ideas for meal planning, eating out, and so much more!
