• 8-9 Small/Medium sized Gold Yukon Potatoes
• 1 Tear Packet of Gnarly Pepper Onion Dip
• 2 TBS of Olive Oil
• 2/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt
• Tin foil
- Dice your potatoes. Place on tin foil
- Drizzle with Olive Oil
- Sprinkle Gnarly Pepper Onion Dip tear packet
- Dollop Plain greek yogurt
- Mix with hands
- Seal with another piece of tin foil.
- Grill at 375º+ for 30-30minutes (use your judgement)
- Dish up and enjoy!
