We are VEGAN FRIENDLY!
• 1 12.3oz (or close to) Firm Tofu (cut into 2)
• 4 TBS of Soy Sauce
• 2 Veggie Dip Blend Tear Packet
• 2 packs of Ramen Noodles (toss seasonings)
• 2 Cups Plain coconut yogurt (or two 5.3oz cups)
• 3 Green onions (chopped)
Heat a pan to medium-high heat — Start a Medium pot with half water and bring to a boil. Heat 2 TBS of soy and place the firm tofu on pan and sear until heated through. 6 minutes each side — use half of a Veggie Dip tear packet on top of the firm tofu when flipped once.
Once the water is boiling — toss in the Ramen noodles and cook as directed. Remove from water, let cool (a little). In a bowl combine the 2 plain coconut yogurts with 1 Veggie Dip Tear Pack + the other 1/2 of Veggie Dip. Stir in with the noodles. Use extra soy if needed!
Dice green onions and toss in!
